  APMS has been appointed for the complete systems design for Sikhuphe International Airport in Swaziland, including all systems and buildings (Terminal-, Cargo-, RFFS-, ATC tower-, maintenance-, Fuel Farm- and security gate house buildings).
  
  The scope of works includes the design, preparation, adjudication and recommendation of tenders as well as overall implementation co-ordination of the following technical systems:

  Cape Town International Airport

  Extension of lighting & CCTV services to landside parking areas. ACSA required a reconfiguration of the Electrical, Electronics and IT services of the P4 and P5 open air (Long stay) parking areas in the landside area of CTIA.
  
  APMS has been appointed to manage the extension of lighting and CCTV surveillance in and around the new P4 and P5 parking area, requiring supporting IT equipment, with network connectivity back to the ACSA network housed within the terminal buildings.

  Civil Aviation Authority ( SWACAA ), Swaziland

  APMS is appointed to assist with the Matsapha International Airport Aerodrome certification Project. This includes continued regulatory and aerodrome operational support and assistance with compliance and licensing for Matsapha International Airport in accordance with ICAO Annex 14 and Doc 9157.
  
  - Prepare Loc/DME approach & missed approach procedures
  
  - Prepare DVOR/DME approach & missed approach procedures
  
  - Prepare SIDS & STARS

  - Assist in the establishment of the SMS & Aerodrome Manual, manning levels, commence recruitment and identify training programmes, equipment requirements
  
  - Provide guidance & assist SWACAA personnel in preparing the documentation to address issues raised by ICAO Universal Safety Oversight Audit of 2007
  
  - Advise and Manage activities to be undertaken for Swaziland to obtain the necessary licenses for the operation of Sikhuphe International Airport
  
  - Assist with the preparation of job descriptions, person specifications, staff & training requirements, addressing requirements for compliance with ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices as reflected in the latest ICAO Manuals
  
  - Assist in the preparation of a detailed emergency exercise plan and scenario with all internal and external agencies and to act as exercise director to assist in conducting the exercise prior to the airport opening
  
  - Prepare a detailed transition plan from the existing airport to the new facility within an agreed and workable timescale.

  Mango Airlines

  The APMS scope of works included the drafting, adjudication, recommendation of the final tender for Mango IT Services. This included the Service Desk Services, Desktop Support Services, and IT Service Management Life Cycle Services, as well as the replacement of desktop and laptop computer equipment. Further works included the restructuring and drafting of the IT Policies and Procedures to streamline the policies and processes in accordance with the outsourced service model.

  Lanseria International Airport, South Africa

  APMS is appointed for the scheduled passenger processing and systems improvement project. Due to the increase in scheduled passenger traffic and additional airlines using the scheduled terminal zone, quick improvement were identified. The improvements will be temporary until the new terminal is fully constructed.

  This includes the civil works, electrical works and cable way works to make connections. It also includes the additional network switches and backbone requirements to make the additional cameras work.
